In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Gervall, S.A. informs you of the existence of a file of your ownership, which is registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, which will include the personal data provided by the user and that are requested for the sole purpose of to be able to provide the adequate management of the different services offered by Gervall, SA and accepted by this.
The user admits that the personal data provided to Gervall, S.A. are true and you agree to communicate their modification if applicable. The user or client of the service may exercise the rights recognized by the Law and, in particular, those of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as, if pertinent, the revocation of the consent to the communication of the data, under the terms provided for in the aforementioned Organic Law and in the applicable development regulations.

Gervall, S.A. guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by users, through the application of secure communication protocols, and the certificate of authenticity of the server to which they connect. Similarly, Gervall, S.A. has adopted and established the internal security and organization mechanisms necessary and required by current regulations to prevent theft, loss, misuse, modification or unauthorized access to them.
