Manufactured with pressure injected aluminium casing, steel locking pin, self-cleaning start up contacts with bimetal Ag. Sn. 90/10 rivets and transparent plastic cover to be able to see   operation from outside.

Safety locks with mechanical security interlocking device unlocking system on the door   contact plug, in order that with just one operation the door contact plug and the mechanical   unlocking is installed, thus obtaining a quick and simple semi-automatic door adaptation. These locks only require a power supply at 24 VDC to their electronic circuit in order to operate the lock; the installation of any type of shoes or retractile wedge in the cabin is not required.

The electronic system controls the voltaje and intensity received by the coil and once driven it fits it to situation of low consumption which holds its position indefinitely.

All the process is visible from the exterior via two leds which indicate the situation of the system, one red led indicates that system is receiving current and is ready to activate and an intermittent green led indicates that the 24VDC coil is operating and the green led ON indicates that the coil is in maintenance situation. (low consumption).

In order to guarantee that the system operates with presence of the car at floor level it is necessary that the power supply received by the lock goes through a switch which will be in a closed position when the car is at floor level. The switch actuator has to be adjusted in order to allow the lock to be opened only within the margin laid down by Regulations. In spite of this switch, the controller has to be programmed to only provide power to the coil when it is at floor level in order to avoid a posible opening when the car goes past.
