Electronic module Monitoring for Gearless machines.
Safety module UCM 200 for the control of the brake contacts, for example in Gearless machines, in systems for protection against uncontrolled cabin movement (UCM, Unintended Car Movement) in compliance with Addendum 3 of the EN 81-1: 2001 +A3 (point 9.11).
The UCM200 module monitors the status of the microswitches that indicate the position, open or closed, of the brake. Its function is to verify that, with the doors open, the two microswitches are closed, informing of the correct fall of the brakes. In case of detecting that one of them is open the module is blocked preventing the start-up of the elevator for a next start.
Module Patented and with TÜV Rheinland Certificate No. CM / 032/12.
For the supply of the global solution for compliance with EN81: 1 + A3, section 9.11 and EN81: 21, Stop pre-activation system, comprising:
Speed limiter with integrated UCM detection system (Unintended Car Movement), UCM control module, Parachute with steering wheel, only one TÜV Rheinland Certificate will be delivered which guarantees compliance with the standard.
For the supply, separately, of each of the components that make up a UCM system a TÜV Rheinland certificate will be delivered for that component according to EN81: 1 + A3, section 9.11, but the installer will be responsible for the evaluation and certification of the complete UCM system in which this component is integrated, complying with the requirements indicated in article 9.11 regarding the detection and braking distances by means of the tests and the necessary tests.
